Military graveside services under the direction of the Hopkins County Military Coalition for Truman Ivy Hrabal, age 88, of Sulphur Springs will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at Arbala Cemetery with Bro. Tommy Hall officiating. No Formal visitation.
Truman Ivy Hrabal passed away on Monday, November 24, 2008 at Carriage House Manor Nursing Home. He was born in Hillsboro, TX on August 1, 1920 the son of Jim and Nannie Gant Hrabal. He married Mary Frances Holloway on October 16, 1948 in Rockwall, TX. She survives. He was a retired Dairy Farmer and member of the Baptist faith. He served in the United States Navy in the World War II.
Other survivors include: daughter, Mary Campbell of Sulphur Springs; son, Mike Hrabal of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Nicole and Jonah Massey, Dallas Campbell, Chasity Campbell, Michael Jr. and Stacy Hrabal, Misti Magnuson, and Leslie Hrabal all of Sulphur Springs; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Jesse Bud Rabal of Terrell
He was preceded in death by parents; sister, Lora Bell Hargrove, and brother, Johnny Hrabal.
