A memorial service for Tommy Gene Fouse will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 20, 2013. No visitation is scheduled at this time.
Tommy Gene Fouse passed away at Baylor Hospital in Garland Saturday afternoon, September 14, 2013. He was born in Cumby January 13, 1944, the son of Ross William Fouse and Lucille (Cockrum) Fouse. He married Carol Wring in Rockwall October 5, 1991; she survives. He was an auto mechanic and a dairyman.
Other survivors include: three sons, James Allen Fouse and wife Tina of Sulphur Springs, Tommy Wayne Fouse of Dallas and Donald Ray Fouse and wife Charity of Keller; four daughters, Linda Lambe and husband Chuck of Dike, Lou Box and husband Jeff, Janna Stewart and husband Cody and Sherry Webb, all of Sulphur Springs; brother, Franky Lee Fouse of Quinlan; grandchildren, Randy Fouse, Katy Fouse, Kisha Large, Edie Lambe, Shaunda Clem, Cody Box, Kalan Stewart, David Fouse and Nathan Fouse. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, R. W. Fouse, James Junior Fouse, Rossy Carrol Fouse; two sisters, Willa Dean Burns, Brenda Kay Heath and two granddaughters, Deanna Michele Van Holten and Lacrissa Fouse.
