Shawn Dillard

Graveside services for Shawn R. Dillard, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at Restlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Ron Robinson officiating. Visitation will be held at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Tuesday, December 8, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Mr. Dillard passed away Saturday evening, December 5, 2009 at his residence. He was born the son of Gordon Ray and Katrina Valine Tanton Dillard, on May 25, 1962, in Sulphur Springs. He married Deborah Ann Jones in May of 2003, in Sulphur Springs; she survives. Mr. Dillard was a developer and builder and a member of First Baptist Church of Dike.
Other survivors include: daughter, Brittani Dillard, of Sulphur Springs; son, Bo Smith, of Yantis; mother, Valine Dillard, of Sulphur Springs; brother, DeLayne Dillard, of Sulphur Springs; sisters, Tanya Tull, of Elgin and Sheila Dillard, of Sulphur Springs. He was preceded in death by his father.
