Sarah Sisco

Funeral service for Sarah “Nell” Nichols Sisco, age 77, of Dallas, will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel with Bro. C.D. Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Caney Cemetery in Pickton with Jeremiah DeLeon, Jonathan Foster, Russel Stillwagoner, Aaron Edwards, Ethan Edwards, and Isaac Edwards serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2018 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Sisco passed away Friday, July 20, 2018 at Edgewood Nursing and Rehab Center in Mesquite.

Sarah “Nell” Nichols Sisco was born December 15, 1940 in Pickton, TX, the daughter of J.C. Nichols and Lillie Maude (Henderson) Nichols. She married Jack Sisco in Rockwall, TX in 1989. She was an Aide at Timberlawn Hospital and was of the Baptist faith. Nell Loved to go to garage sales.

She is survived by: husband, Jack Sisco, of Dallas; children, Sharon Waleisky and husband, Donald, Ray Edwards, and Billy Edwards and wife, Audra; grandchildren, Joshua, Stephanie, Jonathan, Crystal, Aaron, Ethan, Allyson, and Isaac; great-great-grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jr., Sophia, Elijah, Mason, and Colton; and sister, Nancy Grimes.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Sue Keen and Lou Weis.
