R.W. Lewis

Graveside Service for Robert Walter Lewis Jr., age 68, of Klondike, TX will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Shiloh Cemetery with Pastor Larry Maynard officiating with Tim Fears, Tyler Fears, Shawn Lewis, Brandon Lewis, Kayne Harrison and Jeff McGee as pallbearers. There will be no visitation.

Mr. Lewis passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017 at his residence. He was born on March 18, 1948 in Richmond, Virginia to R.W. Sr. and Doris (Hester) Lewis. He married Diane Robnett on January 9, 1971 in Garland, Texas. He served in the Navy and was a retired truck driver. Mr. Lewis was a member of the New Life Baptist Church in Cooper, TX.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Lewis; son, Shawn Lewis and wife Jennifer; daughter Shannon Fears and husband Tim; grandchildren, Tyler Fears, Brandon Lewis, Kaitlyn Lewis and Emma Fears; brothers, Michael Lewis and Reginald Lewis.

R.W. was preceded in death by his parents.
