Roy Borden

Graveside service for Roy Borden, age 71 of Sulphur Bluff, TX will be held at 2:00P.M. on Monday August 23, 2021 at Sulphur Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00P.M. on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mr. Borden passed away on August 17, 2021 at Pleasant Springs Nursing and Rehab.

Roy was born on November 29, 1949 in Deport, TX to J.T. and Reba (House) Borden. He Married Debbie Ruth Shelton on January 31, 1970. Roy worked as foreman for the Union Pacific Railroad. He was a fisherman for New Boston Bass Club.

He is survived by his son, Michael Borden; daughter, Misty Evans; granddaughter, Skylar Rayne Goldsmith; sister, Sheila Borden.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
