Ronald Eckstrom

Memorial service for Ronald John Eckstrom, 75, of Sulphur Springs will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2008 at the Hopkins County Civic Center with Jim Burch officiating. No formal visitation.
Carl John Ronald Eckstrom passed away Thursday, July 23, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Minneapolis, MN on February 23, 1933, the son of Carl John and Corinne Zetturland Eckstrom. He married Marlyavon (Marty) Bouck on August 1, 1953 in Wayzata, MN. She survivors. He was a Jehovah Witness's elder and minister for over 50 years.
Other survivors include; three sons, Deane Eckstrom of Mt. Pleasant, Mark Eckstrom of Sulphur Springs, and Andrew Eckstrom of Hugh Springs; three daughters, Pamela Eckstrom of Albuquerque, NM, Rachel Chavez of Salem, OR, and Kristen Frazier of Bryan; ten grandchildren, Drew Eckstrom, Bethany Eckstrom, Megan Eckstrom, Matthew Luedke, Aubra Eckstrom, Morgan Luedke, Travis Eckstrom, Mason Eckstrom, Megan Eckstrom, and Lauren Eckstrom; two brothers, Bruce Eckstrom of Naples, and David Eckstrom of Mt. Pleasant; one sister, Eleanor Shaver of Wayzata, MN
