Rodney Rawls

A memorial service for Rodney Rawls, age 63, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at Wesley Methodist Church. No formal visitation is planned. Mr. Rawls' family has donated his body to science through Life Legacy.
Rodney Rawls, age 63, of Sulphur Springs, passed away Thursday morning, July 10, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Ft. Worth on September 29, 1944, the son of Arnold and Doris Champion Rawls. He married Nancy Alexander on February 12, 1965 in Sulphur Springs. She survives.
Other survivors include: mother, Doris Rawls, of Sulphur Springs; daughter, Staci Burkham, of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Haley Herring, of Campbell, Laci Burkham, of Cooper, and Zane Burkham, of Sulphur Springs; great-grandchildren, Joshua Herring and Haiden Herring, both of Campbell; sisters, Roseann Rawls, of Dallas, and Reisa Rawls, of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Reid Rawls, of Sulphur Springs. He was preceded in death by his father.
