Regie Blevins, Sr.

A memorial service for Regie Blevins, Sr., age 53, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 22, 2013, with Brother Mike Eason officiating. No formal visitation is scheduled.
Regie Blevins, Sr. passed away at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital Saturday evening, August 17, 2013. He was born in Arlington on September 10, 1959, the son of Bennie Moody and Mary Fern (Carrell) Blevins. He was a retired Sat. Pro. installer.
Survivors include: wife, Carla Adams; two sons, Brandon Heath Blevins and wife Lacey and Regie Blevins; daughter, Nicki Hernandez and husband Richard, all of Sulphur Springs; three sisters, Benji Phillips and husband Jeff of Arlington, Sandy Blevins of Sulphur Springs and Laura Flock and husband Chris of Shady Shores; mother, Mary Fern McKnight and nine grandchildren, Gage Blevins, Cason Blevins, Conner Blevins, Brailie Blevins, Sammy Blevins, Madison Hernandez, Mya Hernandez, Tessa Morris and Christian Morris. He was preceded in death by his father, stepfather, Charles McKnight and niece, Laurel Philips. Memorials may be made to the family to help pay for funeral expenses.
