Randy Baxley

Funeral services for Randy Ray Baxley, age 48, of Cumby will be conducted at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Cumby at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2012, with Rev. Jim Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Cumby Cemetery, with Scotty Almon, Mark George, Tony Lunceford, Donald Higginbothan, Doyle Potts and Bobby Stanbrough serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Chuck Walden, Tony Wallace, Matt Vowell, Glen Harper and Eddie Speight. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Cumby.
Randy Ray Baxley passed away Sunday evening, January 29, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Greenville December 18, 1963, the son of Travis Edward Baxley and Brenda (Fults) Baxley. He was a cash payoff clerk for Lomas Mortgage Company in Dallas and he was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his parents; sister, Rhonda Renee Lemon and husband, David; grandmother, Estelle Baxley, all of Cumby; three nieces, Raisha Leanne and Isaac Groves, Haley Renee Lemon and Lindsey Nicole Lemon; great-nephew, Jacob Groves and two great-nieces, Chloe Groves and Kelcie Fite. He was preceded in death by his partner in life, Jeffery L. Patton, and grandparents, Ray and Jimmie Fults and Connie Baxley.
