Patsy Lappin

A memorial service for Pasty V. Lappin, 65 of Mt. Vernon will be held at 2 pm, Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel.

No formal visitation is scheduled.

Patsy V. Lappin passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014 in Mt. Vernon.

She was born in McKaskell May 25, 1948, in McKaskell, Arkansas the daughter of Woodrow Wilson Applegate and Thalia Brake Applegate.

She was a retired health care provider and she was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include sons, Bobby Dale Lappin Jr. and wife Tammy of Marshall, Mike Eugene Lappin of Mt. Vernon and Shayne Wilson Lappin of Marshall; daughter, Darla Diane Rencher of Bonham; sister, Kay Kirkley of Kingston, Oklahoma; brothers, Robert Applegate of Antlers, Oklahoma and Mickey Applegate of Blossom; grandchildren, B.J., Tessa, Lyndie, Miguel, Brandon, Roxanne, Tyler, Weston, Preslie, Chelsie, Jordan, Gabrielle, Tanner, Peyton, Logan and Izzy and great-grandchildren, Kaden, Alayna, Brody, Olyvia, Emman, Sophia, Addison, Fallon, Stetson, Shaelynn, Aeris and Bryleigh.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Latasha Jean Lappin; four brothers and four sisters.
