Patrick Perkins

A memorial service for Patrick Perkins, age 34, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at Cross Country Cowboy Church, at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, June 18, 2009, with Frank Johnson and Mike Easton officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
Patrick Perkins passed away at his residence, Sunday morning, June 14, 2009. He was born in Mt. Pleasant, on September 24, 1974, the son of Jack Perkins and Tresia (Hatley) Perkins. Mr. Perkins was an electrician.
Survivors include: mother, Tresia Hooten of Sulphur Springs; father, Jack Perkins, of Pickton; stepfather, Travis Hooten; sisters, Cindy Butler of Pickton and Lisa Reed; stepsisters, Dorice Proctor and Kelly Gaines Warrington; brother, Kenny Self, Jr.; stepbrothers, Robert Hooten and Shannon Gaines nieces, Brittney Butler, Patricia Reed and Brooklyn Reed; nephews, Jesse Butler, William Reed and William Reed, Jr.; grandmother, Betty Hatley, all of Sulphur Springs; nieces, Lexie Hooten, Raven Hooten & Chelsea Proctor; nephew, Brandon Proctor.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Jack Hayden Perkins, Jr. and grandparents, Cleveland Hatley, J. C. and Thelma Perkins and stepbrother, Weldon Hooten.
