Funeral services for Mildred Juneau, age 91 of Sulphur Springs will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Father Juan Sardinas officiating. Serving as pallbearers are John Rocker, B.J. Teer, Edward Aki, Steve Jarvis, Zechariah Jarvis and Dennis Gilbertson. Interment will be in Appleton, Wisconsin. A rosary/visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Mildred passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Carriage House Manor. She was born in Hilbert, Wisconsin the daughter of, Wenzel and Margaret (Gruber) Koehler on June 7, 1923. She married Donald Juneau in October, 1955 at St. John, Wisconsin. He preceded her in death in 2011. Mildred was a homemaker.
Survivors include her nieces, Mary Gilbertson of Sulphur Springs, Ellen Cox of Sulphur Springs and Lynn Jarvis of Como; nephews, Bryan Mathes of Sulphur Springs, Neil Mathes of Sulphur Springs, Philip Mathes of Sulphur Springs and Mark Mathes of Pottsboro.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters, Elfreida Koehler and Irmhilda Mathes; brother, Donald Koehler and step-father, Claude Koehler.
Memorials can be made to the St. James Catholic Church, 297 Texas St., Sulphur Springs, Texas 75482.
