Funeral services for May Dot White, age 69, of Fort Worth,
will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, at 11:00
a.m., Saturday, February 12, 2011, with Rev. Jimmy Prentice
officiating. Interment will follow at Caney Cemetery at Pickton with
Zach Spigner, Corey Spigner, Shadrick Pryor, Marvin Thomlinson, Hurley
Cork, and Roderick Clayton serving as pallbearers. Honorary
pallbearers will be Raymond Charles Petty Sr., Benny Woods, Tommy
Clayton, Roy Mack Spigner, Billy Mack Williams Jr., Carter (C.S.)
Sims, Charles Thompson Jr., and Genoa Spigner Jr. No formal
visitation is scheduled.
May Dot White passed away Thursday morning, February 3, 2011
at Universal Hospice House in Fort Worth. She was born in Sulphur
Springs, September 17, 1941, the daughter of Everett Pruitt and Opal
(Williams) Pruitt. She was a retired bus driver for Fort Worth I.S.D.
and a member of East Maddox Baptist Church in Fort Worth.
Survivors include: daughter, Barbara Acosta;
granddaughter, Kenda Charon, both of Burleson; sister, Ginger Session
Cook, of Dallas; special friend, Jessie Sims, of Ft.Worth; and
numerous siblings, family, and friends. She was preceded in death by
her parents and granddaughter, Inacia Charon and uncle, Billy Mack
Williams Sr.
