Lou Chapman

Lou Ann Boutwell Chapman passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, TX. She was born to John Lee and Gladys Boutwell in Putnam, TX, on July 17, 1935.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, John Boutwell, sister, Margie Rene and nephew, Roger Rene.

She is survived by her husband, Lewis Chapman of Mesquite, TX; one daughter, Debbie Clark and husband Johnny of Graham, TX; four sons, Johnnie Moreland and wife Denise also of Graham, Sam Chapman and Barry Chapman both of Dallas, TX, and Mark Chapman of Killeen, TX. Grandchildren: Jason Clark and wife, Kimberly, Josh Clark and wife, Noel, Autumn Reo and husband, Chad, Chance Moreland, Taylor, Jordan, Keely, Cory and Megan Chapman. Great grandchildren: Caroline, Addison, and Case Clark and Jackson and Taylor Reo. She is also survived by one sister, Barbara Sue Epperson and husband, Kenneth of Gordon, TX, brother in law, Vic Rene of CA and sister in law, Geneva Boutwell of FL and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Services will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home in Sulphur Springs, TX, on Saturday, January 21, 2012, at 2 p.m. in their chapel. Visitation is set for 1 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Restlawn cemetery in Sulphur Springs, TX.
