Linnie Leach

A graveside service for Linnie Smith Leach, age 94, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at Gafford Chapel Cemetery, at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, May 2, 2009, with Rev. Fred Lewis officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 2, 2009, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Linnie Smith Leach passed away Tuesday night, April 28, 2009, at Sulphur Springs Health & Rehab. She was born in Reilly Springs, on October 18, 1914, the daughter of Henry Smith and Nollie (Dickson) Smith. Mrs. Leach was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church for many years.
Survivors include: daughter, Barbara Borre of Hurst; son, Jerl Leach of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Brett Borre, Michelle Mings, Stephanie Shortridge and Mark Leach and great-grandchildren, Taylor Mings, Craig Mings and Alyssa Shortridge. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Smith and Jack Smith and three sisters, Reba Walker, Zona Millsap and Rebecca McGarity.
