Linda Dillon

Memorial service for Linda Dillon, age 75, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Weaver Baptist Church with Pastor Tom Friday officiating. Ms. Dillon passed away Saturday July 22, 2017 at her residence with her family at her bedside.

Linda Joyce (Cates) Dillon was born in Mt. Sterling, Texas on September 25, 1941, the daughter of Allen and Ruby (Edwards) Cates. She married Ronald Raymond Dillon in North Platte, Nebraska on January 27, 1977. Linda worked as a waitress at Burtons and was a member of Weaver Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughters, JaLynn Hogan of Midland, TX, Kim Bourdeau of Scottsdale, AZ; grandchildren, Jamie Hogan, Brittany Dodds, Kristen Bourdeau, Stephanie Swindell, Troy Murphy, William Murphy; great grandchild, Joseph Dodds, Jr.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Duane Swindell; daughter, Kelli Hill; sister, Neva Bennett; brother, Gene Cates.
