Funeral services for Lillie Mae Reed, age 84 of Sulphur Springs will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Anthony Edgington officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Cooper with Kyle Edgington, Charles Edgington, Jeremy Crisp, John Edgington and Chad Edgington serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., prior to the service.

Lillie Mae passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Sunny Springs Nursing Home. She was born in Sulphur Springs on September 15, 1930, the daughter of John Joe and Vena Bianca (Doughty) Douglas. She was a seamstress, upholsterer and retired from the H.D. Lee Company.

Survivors include: sons, Cecil Johnny Edgington and wife, Marie of Euless and Charles Wilborn Edgington and his wife, Bettye; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; brother, Marlin Wayne Douglas of Sulphur Springs and sister, Joy Matlock of Sulphur Springs.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
