Leann Oliver

Funeral service for Leann Carpenter Oliver, age 53, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 12:00p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Family Fellowship–Greenville with Pastors Paul Blue and Joe Knight officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove (North) Cemetery with Robert McDonald, Tim Simmons, J.E. Simpson, Daniel Crooks, Bubba Goodwin, James “Skeeter” Ammons, Matt Kuhlengel, and Cori Hale serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Please follow COVID-19 guidelines if you are planning to attend the service. Live streaming of the service will be available on Leann’s Facebook page. Leann passed away Tuesday morning, January 19, 2021 at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview.

Leann Carpenter Oliver was born November 10, 1967 in Sulphur Springs to Robert Carpenter and Barbara (Campbell) Carpenter. She married Dustin Oliver in Sulphur Springs on May 14, 1994. She worked in inside sales for FirstCom Music from 1993-2003 and has been an Agent with Aflac since 2003. Leann was a member of Family Fellowship in Greenville.

Leann is survived by her husband, Dustin Oliver; daughters, Jordan Oliver and Aubreigh Oliver; mother, Barbara Carpenter; brothers, Mark Carpenter and Jeff Carpenter; brother-in-law, Randall Oliver; father-in-law, R.W. Oliver; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Carpenter and mother-in-law, Glenda Oliver.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Missions program at Family Fellowship Church, 401 Division St., Greenville, TX 75401.
