Funeral service for Larry Sewell, age 66, of Sulphur Springs, TX will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 P.M. on Saturday, June 10, 2017. Larry passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at his residence in Sulphur Springs.

Larry Wayne Sewell, was born August 8th, 1950 in Sulphur Springs, TX to Truitt and Laura Sewell. The nicknames he gave to the ones he loved will be cherished and the nicknames he acquired are legendary. He lived life to the fullest and he left this world in peace surrounded by an abundance of love, leaving behind friendships and memories very few have the capability of creating. He was a devoted son, a proud father and grandfather, a loyal brother, uncle, and friend. He will be missed but he will always be remembered. We take solace in the fact that he's reunited with the mother he loved so dearly and his older brother, Charles.

He is survived by his father, Truitt Sewell; daughter, Ashlie Sewell, and her husband Richard Lopez; son, Jake Sewell; granddaughter, Alliah Sewell; grandson, Mason Lopez; brothers, Roger Sewell, Loy Sewell and his wife Felicia; numerous nieces, nephew, great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Laura Sewell; grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. O.C Sewell Sr, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Buckner and brother Charles Sewell.
