Larry Friday, Jr.

A memorial service for Larry Friday, Jr., 43, a prominent attorney, of Sulphur Springs, will be conducted at First Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs, at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 10, 2013, with Rev. Mark Bryant officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Larry Friday, Jr. passed away Saturday morning, April 6, 2013 at Texoma High Port Marina. He was born in Tampa, Florida, the son of Larry Friday, Sr. and Charlotte Friday. He was an attorney with the Friday Law Firm. He held a bachelor of science degree from the University of Houston and graduated from the South Texas College of Law.
Survivors include: daughter, Chaunte Colette McDuff; father Larry Friday, Sr., and, Carolyn, all of Sulphur Springs; mother, Charlotte Friday of Mineola; his girl, Rachel Scherrer and sister, Helen Roanna (Rona) Friday of Houston and grandmother, Mary Roanna Finley of Avenger.
