Larry Crist

A private graveside service for Larry Crist, age 72, of Yantis, will be held and directed by Pastor Byron at Yantis Cemetery with family serving as pallbearers.  Mr. Crist passed away April 8, 2020 at Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs, TX.

Larry Crist was born December 16, 1947 in Palestine, TX to Bill and Almeda Frizzell Crist. He married Janis Rhodes on June 10, 1970 and were married for 50 years. He proudly served the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was station in Germany and worked as a military policeman. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to deer hunt. Larry was a western man, he enjoyed watching western movies.

He is survived by his wife, Janis Crist and son, Wayland Crist, both of Yantis, TX.

Larry is preceded in death by parents.
