Kristy "Mimi" Richey

Funeral service for Kristy Richey “Mimi”, age56 of Saltillo, Texas will be held at 11:00 A.M on Friday, December 30, 2022, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Pastor Dwayne Goodson and Pastor Danny Christenberry officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Christopher Richey, Chase Richey, CJ Richey, Ryan Garmon, Kenny Garmon, Kennith Patrick, and Rocky Bobbitt. Visitation will be held from 600 to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Richey passed away on December 25, 2022, at her residence.

Kristy was born on June 9, 1966, in Dallas, Texas to Joy Lee and Barbara Nell (Roberts) Sustaire. She married Eric Richey on August 5, 1989, in Greenwood, Texas. Kristy was a stay-at-home mom. She was a member of the Greenwood Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Eric; children, Christopher Richey and wife, Carola, Chase Richey and wife, Courtney, and C.J. Richey; grandchildren, Emery, Emerson, Evelyn, Ethan, Avery, Gunner, and Andrew; mother, Barbara; sisters, Brenda Sue Williamson and Kim Brandon.

Kristy was preceded in death by her father.

In lieu of flowers the family would like crosses and lanterns.
