Funeral services for Karen Lee Vititow, age 50, of Sulphur Springs will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Lake Highlands Baptist Church with Dr. Mike Harmon and The Honorable Judge Robert Newsome officiating. Interment will follow in City Cemetery with Randy Knight, Mike Janway, Ryan Brown, Mike Gilreath, David Latimer and John Gilreath serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 till 8:00 pm, Friday, March 05, 2010 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Karen Lee Vititow passed away Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 28, 1959 in Sulphur Springs, the daughter of C.F. Vititow and Shirley Spears Williamson. Karen was a member of Lake Highlands Baptist Church.
Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law, Mallory and Lupe Diosdado; mother, Shirley Williamson; father and step-mother, C.F. and Georgia Vititow; sisters and brother-in-laws, Charlotte and Raymond Haygood, Lisa and Dwight Bruhn; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert "Bobby" and Stacy Vititow; grandson, Dakota Haygood; step-sisters, Brenda Styron, Glenda Weddle, and Cathy Lester; step-brothers, Randy Knight, Robert "Bob" Williamson and Joe Williamson.
She was preceded in death a son, Heath Haygood, and step-father, Robert "Ed" Williamson.
