Judy Douglas

A funeral service for Judy Douglas, age 61, of Denton, formerly of Cumby, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother David Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Brashear Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour before the service (1:00 p.m.) Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Judy Douglas passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012 in Denton. She was born in Dallas on April 10, 1951, the daughter of Robert B. Douglas and Margaret Jewell (Owen) Douglas.
Survivors include: brother, Bob Douglas and wife, Carol, of Greenville; sister, Carol Hoops and husband Ronnie of Cumby; nieces, Michele Douglas and Rhonda Lambert and husband, Derek and nephew, Cary Hoops and wife, Rocki; great- nieces, Amy, Tabitha, Tiffany and great-nephews, Chris, Zach, Hunter and Caylor She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Margaret Ann Douglas; nephew, Mark Douglas and great-niece, Stephanie Brown. Memorials may be made to the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
