John Beezley

Funeral Service for John Beezley, age 79 of Greenpond, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Greenpond Baptist Church with Bro. Lloyd Cashion and Bro. Billy Sheets officiating. Interment will follow at Greenpond Cemetery with Hayden Howard, Heath Howard, John Harris, Cody Hunt, Jordan Cockrum and Koby Ivey serving as pallbearers and the Men’s Class at Greenpond Baptist church serving as honorary pallbearers. There will be a visitation one hour before the service at 10:00 a.m. at Greepond Baptist Church. Mr. Beezley passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017 at his residence.

John Edward Beezley was born on August 4, 1938 in Burkburnett, Texas to Roy Lee and Juanita (Moore) Beezley. He married Frieda Teer on July 9, 1960 in Dallas, Texas. John was a builder, a Dairyman, a member of Greenpond Baptist Church and 32nd Degree Mason.

He is survived by his wife, Freida Beezley; sons, Rick Teer and Danny Teer; daughters Becky Wix and husband, Roy, Melissa Harris and husband Bunky; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Anna Grace Williams and brother, Jack L Beezley, both of Dallas, TX.

John was preceded in death by his parents; son, Roy Lee Beezley; sister, Leona Stone.
