Graveside Funeral Services for Joe Peek, age 58 of Sulphur Springs will be held 1:00 pm, Friday, May 9, 2014 at Brashear Cemetery with Bro, David Burns officiating. With Dusty McIllwain , Jimmy Dale Fite, Michael Eastman and Colby Peek serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 pm, Thursday, May 08, 2014 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Joe Kenneth Peek passed away on May 7, 2014 at his residence. He was born on March 7, 1956 in Sulphur Springs the son of Guy and Mary Jo Peek.
Survivors include: Daughters, Joanna Green of Sulphur Springs, and Christie Poe of Sulphur Springs; son, Tony Glenn Peek of Sulphur Springs; mother, Mary Jo Peek of Sulphur Springs; brothers, Horace Peek of Grand Praire, Larry Don Peek of Sulphur Springs, and James Ronald Peek of Riley Springs; sister, Mary Evelyn Peek of Cypress; numerous grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Guy Peek; sisters, Linda Sue Eastman and Brenda Kay McGee.
