Joe Attlesey

Joe Thurman Attlesey was born on June 14, 1939 in Shreveport, LA to Joe Eddie and Norma Fay (Byles) Attlesey. He married Emilia Munoz in San Antonio on August 10, 1985. Joe served in the Air Force Reserves, worked for USAA printing services for 36 years and was a member of St. James Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Emilia; daughters, Karen Maree Zamora and husband Michael of Mt. Vernon, Mary Louise Dooley and husband Sean of Colorado Springs, Co; son, Adam Rufino Zamora II and wife Diane of Cypress, TX; grandchildren, Manuel Anthony Zamora, Joshua Sussmann, Joseph Sussman, Erika Dooley, Sydney Dooley, Payton Dooley, Bethany Zamora, Jacob Zamora and Heather Zamora; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Laura Teer and Linda Fails.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents and stepmother, Mary Attlesey.
