James Hausser

Memorial Celebration for James Hausser, age 84 of Cooper was held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2016 at First United Methodist Church of Cooper with Rev. Mark Moore officiating.

James passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. He was born on May 16, 1931 in Grand Rapids, Michigan the son of Curtis William Hausser and Mary Gregory. He married Druann "Ann" Goldsmith on November 16, 1984 in Tyler. He was a retired Industrial Engineer, a member of First United Methodist Church of Cooper, a member of the American Legion and he was an honorary Kentucky Colonel.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, James Stephen Hausser of West Chester, OH and Gregory Lee Hausser of Hamilton, OH; one daughter, Martha Joan Frix of Canton, GA; and one brother, Kenneth Hausser of Grand Rapids, MI.
