James Earhart

Funeral services for James Michael Earhart, age 51, of Gladstone, New Jersey, formerly of Sulphur Springs, will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 29, 2009, with Rev. Garry Jordan officiating. A military graveside service, under the direction of the Hopkins County Military Coalition, will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Kenneth Davenport, James Boyd Davenport, Jim Bob Davenport, Lonnie Hall, Wayne Davenport and Miguel Carbojal. No formal visitation is scheduled.

James Michael Earhart passed away Sunday morning, August 23, 2009, at Summerset Medical Center in Sommerville, New Jersey. He was born in Key West, Florida, on March 1, 1958, the son of James Clinton Earhart and Mildred (Davenport) Earhart. He served in the United States Navy and was a member of the Christian Ministry and Alliance Church.

Survivors include: his mother, Mildred Earhart of Sulphur Springs; the love of his life, Gloria Fleming of Gladstone, New Jersey; two sisters, Carroll Earhart of Mt. Pleasant and Kari Sue Renwick of Dallas; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
