Ivy Ross, Jr.

Graveside services for Ivy Ross, age 77 of Wills Point will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Shiloh Cemetery with Rev. Charles Rawlinson officiating. There will be no formal visitation.

Ivy passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016 at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler. He was born on April 2, 1938 in Kingston, the son of Ivy Lee, Jr. and Mary Irene (Clifton) Ross. He married Martha Ann Boss on June 23, 1956 in Commerce. He retired from General Motors as a warehouseman and was of the Baptist faith.

Along with his wife, he is also survived by his son, Tony Ross of Wills Point; daughters, Treva Rawlinson and husband, Richard of Venus and Terry Morgan and husband, Jeff of Forney; grandchildren, Richard Wayne Rawlinson, Stephanie Marie Rawlinson and Ross Thomas Morgan; one great-grandchild, Carter Wayne Rawlinson and sister, Barbara Beliveau of Ft. Myers, FL.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and two sisters.
