Francis Cooper

Memorial service for Francis Cooper, age 73, of Hagansport, will be held at a later date. Mrs. Cooper passed away Friday, December 18, 2020 in Dallas.

Francis Marie Cooper was born July 30, 1947 in Tarrant County to Marion Wiser and Rosa Lee (Smith) Wiser. She married Charles Steve Cooper in Sulphur Springs in 1990; he survives. Mrs. Cooper was a Lab Technician at Ocean Spray and a member of Sulphur River Cowboy Church.

Other survivors include sons, Kelly Wiser and wife, Shelly, of Sulphur Springs, Mike Allen of Beeville, Les Simmons of Dike; step-son, Joey Cooper of Sulphur Springs; daughter-in-law, Carrie Cooper of Mt. Vernon; grandchildren, Dichele Smith and husband, Clay, Maci Castro, Keelie Lee and husband, Johnathan, Molly Wiser, Jacob Cooper, Caitlin Van Diedan and husband, Neils; ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Judy Roberts and Shirley Wiser; and nieces, Tracy Moreland and Glenda Godfrey.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Andy Simmons; and step-son, Jeffery Cooper.
