Faye King

A graveside service for Faye Rene King, age 89, of Dallas, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at City Cemetery, with Dr. Bill Cathey officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Devin King, Lee McGovern, Scott Pearce, Bob King, Ray Worsham and Richard Moody. Visitation will be held one and one half hours (12:30 p.m.) before the service at Murray- Orwosky Funeral Home.
Faye Rene King passed away at Presbyterian Village North in Dallas. She was born in Saltillo on September 1, 1922, the daughter of Daniel Lee Pearce and Callie (Horton) Pearce. She married William Mack King in Sulphur Springs on July 31, 1939. He preceded her in death in 1992. She was a retired office manager for Atlantic and Pacific Grocery Store and a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include: son, Gerald King and wife, Joyce, of Dallas; grandchildren, Devin King and Kimberly McGovern and great-grandchild, Callie McGovern. She was also preceded in death by daughter, Cheryl Kaye King and brother, J. D. Pearce. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
