A graveside service for Fay Bills of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Restlawn Memorial Park, with Rev. Ray Evers officiating.
Fay Bills passed away Tuesday morning, December 4, 2012 at Carriage House Manor. She was born in Hopkins County, on October 19, 1929, the daughter of Charlie Owens and Dot (Norton) Owens. She married Clovis Bills in 1968. He preceded her in death in 1999. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Harvest Church of God.
Survivors include: two sons, Jon Bradley Bills of Sulphur Springs and Ronald Dreadin (Liz) of Sibley, Louisiana; stepdaughter, Brenda Fuco of Dallas; three sisters, Ruby Bain, Mildred Lawson, both of Sulphur Springs and Marie Chamness (William) of Yantis and grandchildren, Hutch Bills, Julie Dreadin Pulliam and Kelly Dreadin and numerous nieces and nephews She was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Owens; brothers-in-law, Jack Bain and Bobby Lawson and nephew, David Lawson. Memorials may be made to Trinity Harvest Church of God in Sulphur Springs and/or North Acres Baptist Church, Minden Louisiana.
