Emmalee Robertson

Funeral services for Emmalee Robertson will be conducted at First Baptist Church of Cumby at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 19, 2011, with Brother B. J. Teer officiating. Interment will follow at Cumby Cemetery, with Micah Elmore, Mika Robertson, Rick Rasco, Bruce Alexander, Stanton Rasco and Clayton Rasco serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Blake Wede, Jessie Phipps, Lee Green, Justin Alexander, Ricky Ray Rasco, Michael Lee Rasco Don Standley and Gary Robertson. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at Cumby Funeral Home.
Emmalee Robertson passed away Saturday evening, May 14, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Childress on June 16, 1956, the daughter of Harry Earl Rasco and Betty Wilene (Ables) Rasco. She married Cecil Robertson in Amarillo on April 7, 1980; he survives. She was a homemaker and she was of the Baptist faith.
Other survivors include: daughter, Danielle Elmore and husband, Micah; son, Mika Robertson and wife, Rachael, all of Cumby; sister, Ruth Ann Wede; brothers, Rick Rasco, James (Curly) Rasco Gary Robertson and wife, Millie, Larry Gatlin and wife, Janet, and Bruce Alexander; grandchildren, Jenna Elmore, Easton Elmore, Kason Robertson, Savannah Kurn and Blake Wede. He was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Shelia Yvonne Phipps and Donna Wilene Green. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
