Eldon Chester

A visitation for Eldon Chester, age 78, of Pickton will be conducted at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 16, 2013. No formal service is scheduled at this time.
Eldon Chester passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Paris Regional Medical Center. He was born in Mt. Vernon, the son of Clifford Hayden and Carrie Chester. He married Ruby Nell Richey in Sulphur Springs on November 25, 1985; she survives. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
Other survivors include: two sons, Jerry Don Chester and Alan Wesley Chester, both of Saltillo; daughter, Betty Goldsmith of Sulphur Springs; two brothers, Randall Chester of the Greenview Community and Joe Delmer Chester of Olton; grandchildren, Ricky Goldsmith, Jamie Goldsmith, Rusty Goldsmith, Wesley Chester and Amanda Trammel and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son, Troy Chester; granddaughter, Amy Brown; brother, Glenn Chester and sister, Thelma Perkins.
