Edgar Brannum

Funeral services for Edgar Clifton Brannum, age 83 of Wills Point will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2016 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Rev. Pat Cooper officiating. Interment with military honors will be at Restlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.

Edgar passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Crestwood Assisted Living in Wills Point. He was born on October 9, 1932 in Allen, the son of William and Lora Irene (Patton) Brannum. He serviced in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, retired from Dallas ISD and farming.

He is survived by his brother, Merley Brannum and wife, Jane of Quinlain and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Glenn Brannum and Ernest Brannum and one sister, Christine Burns.
