Donnie Sprueill

Funeral Service for Donnie Sprueill, age 68, of Scroggins, TX will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 29, 2024 at Davis Street Baptist Church, Sulphur Springs, TX.  Paul Pogue will officiate.  Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.  Mr. Sprueill passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2024.

Donnie Sprueill was born on September 17, 1955 in California to Roy Lee and Cleo (Sturgon) Sprueill.  Donnie worked on Oil Rigs for many years and he loved working in his garden

He is survived by daughter, Anita Ballard; sons, Donnie Lee Sprueill, Samuel Sprueill, Jacob Sprueill; grandchildren, Angelica Saylor (Jerry) and Braedon Ballard; great-grandchildren, Madison, Riley, Georgia; sisters, Connie Rushing, Linda Bryant (Bennie), Karen Wammack (Mike), Joyce Sprueill; brothers, Lloyd Paul Brannon, Roger Sprueill (Terrie), Danny Sprueill, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Donnie was preceded in death by grandson, Darrel Ray Puckett; wife Sandra Sprueill, and brothers, Sonny Harding, Rodney Harding, Norman Sprueill; sister, Pennie Sprueill.
