Funeral Service for Donna Williams, age 48, of Como, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel with her Uncle Rev. Donald R. Allen officiating. Interment will follow at the New Pickton Cemetery with Elijah Williams, Dustin Brundage, Michael Turner, Bennett Turner, Larry Brown, Todd Turner, and Wesley Turner serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at 1:00 p.m. Donna passed away Thursday, May 30, 2018 at Christus Trinity Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler.
Donna Lynn Turner Williams was born January 1, 1970 “Little Miss 1970” at Methodist Hospital in Dallas, TX the daughter of James Calvin Turner and Phyllis Ann Allen. Donna graduated Como-Pickton High School Class of 1988 where she was named Homecoming Queen and Most Beautiful in her class. She was a homemaker and a Christian. Donna loved the Lord and was aware she would meet Him in Eternity that very day! She dedicated her life to bringing awareness to the importance of Organ Donations. In her free time, Donna loved sharing her crafting skills with family and friends. She lived for her children, they were her blessings and her life.
Donna is survived by: daughter, Michaela Lynn Williams and fiancé, Dustin Brundage of Sulphur Springs; son, Elijah James Williams of Thackerville, OK; mother, Phyllis A. Young of Emory, TX; sister, Dachiel Turner and husband, Todd, of Mineola; boyfriend, Larry Brown of Como; half-sister, Charity Ramsey and husband, Ricky of Springtown; half-brother, James Wesley Turner and wife, Ashlie of Granbury; nieces and nephews, Michael Turner, Bennett Turner, Rebecca Turner, Kaleb Ramsey, and Wyatt Turner; and faithful little companion, Lucy.
She was preceded in death by: her daddy, James; grandfathers, B.J. Alford, Fred Turner and Horace Allen; grandmothers, Drucilla Turner Alford and Ruth Allen; and Aunt, Carolyn Turner Pruiett.
