Don Gorin Sr.

Don “Peepaw” Gorin, Sr., age 80, of Louisville, KY passed away Friday, June 9, 2017 at Christus Mother Francis Hospital Sulphur Springs. He was born on March 30, 1937 in Greensburg, KY to Paul Taylor Gorin and Cleo (Warren) Gorin. Don was a retired bus driver from Greyhound. Mr. Gorin served in the United States Navy during the Korea War as a fueler for the Blue Angels, was a Master Mason and Shriner, and he was a Cincinnati Reds baseball fan.

Surviving are his daughters, Kelli Nunley and husband Wayne, Jackie Stejskal and husband Greg; son, Don Gorin Jr. and wife Susan; grandchildren, Heather Renae Jupin, Hanna Kaye Nunley, Bailey Gorin, Caden Gorin, Steven Gorin, Samantha Gorin, and Sherry Gorin; four great grandchildren; sister in law Janet Gorin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and brother John Gorin.
