A memorial service for Debra Potts Williams, age 51, of Pittsburg, formerly of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, July 13, 2008, at Horton Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, July 12, 2008, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Debra Potts Williams passed away Thursday, July 10, 2008, at her residence. She was born in Lovington, New Mexico, on November 13, 1956, the daughter of Jordan Francis and Vivian Nita Clark Potts. She was an internet manager for Pittsburg Motors.
Survivors include: two daughters, Penny Williams Oxford of Pittsburg and Leslie Ann Williams of Sulphur Springs; son, Jason Thomas Williams of Sulphur Springs; mother, Vivian Potts of McKinney; grandmother, Alma Potts of Grand Prairie; two brothers, Tommy Eugene Potts of Mt. Pleasant and Sammy Lee Potts of McKinney; grandchildren, Taylor, Kailee, Jayden and Macy Williams, Deanna Chiles, Peyton McGarity, Hannah Davis and Qhala Davis; a host of nieces and nephews, including special niece, Lauryl Summerlin; special family members, Ricky Williams, Sally Williams, Emily Williams and Martin Davis. She was preceded in death by her father; sister, Nita Ann Pitcock; brother, Johnny Lynn Potts and father-in-law, Douglas Williams.
