Debra Pickens

Funeral services for Debra Pickens, age 58, of Mineola and formerly of Cumby, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 26, 2009, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow at the Cumby Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6:00 t0 8:00 p.m., Sunday, January 25, 2009, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Pickens passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2009, at East Texas Medical Center of Tyler. She was born on October 16, 1950, the daugher of Dan and Betty Strickland Tuggle. She was a retired school secretary for Commerce Middle School.

Survivors include: a daughter, Donyale Madsen, of Mineola; a brother, Chuck Tuggle of Cumby; a sister, Connie Williams of Mineola; and a grandson, Levi Madsen of Mineola.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
