David Patterson

A graveside service for David Patterson, age 48, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 14, 2009, at Lake Creek Cemetery, with Rev. Cecil Dodd officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2009, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
David Patterson passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Cooper, on December 18, 1960, the son of Earl Gene Patterson and Ella Mae (Gillham) Patterson. He was a retired painter and was a member of Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include: daughter, Gina Renee Patterson Threet and Jesse, of Sulphur Springs; son, Jeff David Patterson and Traci, of Commerce; mother and stepfather, Ella Mae and Willie Mitchell; brother, Stephen Earl Patterson , all of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Nikki Threet, Emily Threet, Jessi Threet and Hunter Patterson,. He was preceded in death by his father and son, Ronnie Smith.
