David Colvin, Jr.

Funeral Service for David Wesley Colvin, Jr., age 19, of Cooper, will be held Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Zion Christian Methodist Apostle Church in Cooper, with Rev. Debora Gilmore officiating and Rev. Darrell Franklin assisting. Interment will follow at New Home Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation.

David Wesley Colvin, Jr. was a graduate of Cooper High School, class of 2015. After graduating from high school, he went to further his education at Texas A&M Commerce. David worked at Dickeys BBQ for two years and a host of other jobs. He accepted Christ at an early age. David was a well-mannered young man who loved God, family & friends and as we all know, Basketball.

David Wesley Colvin, Jr. leaves, to cherish his memories, his parents, Olympia & Elmo Robinson of Cooper, Tx, and David Colvin Sr. of Ft Worth, Tx. Brothers, Davvon Rodriguez, Datron Colvin of Cooper, Tx. Grandparents, Owyne & Roy Brown of Cooper, Tx, and Frances Baldwin of Ft Worth, Tx, and a host of Aunts, Great Aunts, Uncles, Great Uncles and cousins.
