Darlene Jetton

Graveside funeral services for Darlene Jetton, age 66 of Mt. Vernon will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 10, 2015 at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Rev. Mike Fletcher officiating. There will be no formal visitation.

Darlene passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Waxahachie, TX on December 24, 1948, the daughter of Edwin and Doris (Whaley) Hughes. She married Coy Jetton on July 5, 1992 in Winnsboro. He preceded her in death in 2011. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: sons, Adam Rurak and wife, Amanda of Durant, OK, Jay Jetton and wife, Ashley of Mt. Vernon, Coy Jetton of Winnsboro, Johnny Jetton and wife, Christy of Gilmer and Jack Rurak and wife, Vicky of Grandview; daughters, Melissa O'Neal and husband, Jason of Mineola and Gena Mosher and husband, Scott of Mineola; brothers, Bo Hughes and wife, Yen of Palestine, J.R. Hughes and wife, Mitzi of Sulphur Springs, Lynn Hughes and wife, Sundea of Cedar Hill and Rick Hughes and wife, Rhonda of Venus; brother-in-laws, Oliver Jetton and wife, Judy of Como Pickton, Gerald Jetton and wife, Karen of Mt. Vernon; L.D. Jetton of Mt. Vernon; sister-in-law, Micki Hansen of Mt. Vernon; grandchildren, Alexis Breitling, Gabbriel Breitling, Landon Breitling, Caleb Breitling, Addison Rurak, Elaina Rurak, Cody Jetton, Jordan Jetton, Shawn Jetton, Johnna Jetton, Jessica Jetton, Zachary Williams, Dakota Williams, Devon Jetton, Tanner Jetton, Jaycee Jetton, Anita Stockstill, Kaydee Hunter, River O'Neal, Kevin Wooten, Christopher Mosher, Alyssa Mosher, Mattye Mosher, Jacob Granger, Dusten Granger Kiah Sue Dunavin and Anthony Rurak and great-grandchildren, Kameron Beaty, Branson Jetton and Kutter Jetton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one daughter, Hope Rurak and two sons, Art Rurak and Michael Wyloff.
