Clyde Johnson

Graveside Funeral Services for Clyde Vernon Johnson of Como will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Restlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Al Davis officiating. Visitation will be one hour (1:00 p.m.) before the service at Restlawn Memorial Park.
Clyde Vernon Johnson passed away on Friday, July 5, 2013 at Trinity Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler. He was born in Kansas City, Kansas the son of Alex and Jennie Johanson Johnson. He married Maxine Johanna Weibel in Kansas City, Missouri on September 21, 1953. She preceded him in death in 2004. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired dairyman and he was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include; daughters, Cindy Galyean of Tonganoxie,Kansas, and Rose Scott of Como; grandchildren, Jennie Warthen, Stacey Peek, Sheri Colon and Julie Curry; ten great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
