Funeral services for Bonnie Clem, age 84, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 21, 2009, with Jim Boles and Johnny Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, with Gary Clem, David Taylor, Danny Clem, Jim Collett, Danny Clayton, Sergio Rodriguez and Maxie Chester serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Shawn Clem, Cecil Clem, Travis Clem, Tim Clem, Travis Aven and Robert Lee. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 20, 2009, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Bonnie Clem passed away Sunday evening, January 18, 2009, at Paris Regional Hospital. She was born in Como, on July 25, 1924, the daughter of Paul J. and E. Vivian Watson Crabb. She married Leonard Odell Clem in Sulphur Springs, on June 26, 1948; he survives. Mrs. Clem was a homemaker and a member of League Street Church of Christ.
Other survivors include: two sons, Bobby Clem of Mustang Oklahoma and Michael Clem of Sulphur Springs; twin sister, Doris Bottoms; brother, Marlin L. Crabb, Sr. both of Mineral Springs, Arkansas; grandchildren, Gary Clem, Jennifer Rodriguez, Shawn Clem and Tara Clem and great-grandchildren, David Rodriguez and Emily Rodriguez. She was preceded in death by sister, Oleta Stephens and two brothers, Joe R. Crabb and John R. Crabb.
