Bobby Emmons

A memorial service for Bobby "Jody" Emmons, age 65, of Cumby, will be conducted at Cornerstone Baptist Church, Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Jim Moore officiating.
Bobby "Jody" Emmons passed away Hunt Regional Health Care Friday morning, November 16, 2012. He was born in Grand Prairie November 14, 1947, the son of Brady Jasper Emmons and Margie Alice Garrett. He married Patricia Yvonne McCulley in Vernon on February 14, 1965; she survives. He was a retired machinist for Zurn Pex and a member of Second Baptist Church in Vernon.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Pamela Emmons and Melissa Woods and husband, Danny, all of Cumby; brother, Jerry Emmons of Greenville; sister, Mary Pollan of Amarillo and grandchildren, Quintin Kent and Dezirae Rodrigues. He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Brittany Kent; two sisters, Ruby Pollan and Alice Long and two brothers, Brady Don Emmons and Willie Wayne Emmons.
