Bobbie Holder

Funeral service for Bobbie Holder, age 92, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel with Rev. Steve Cook officiating.  Interment will follow at Arbala Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 P.M. on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel.  Mrs. Holder passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Carriage House, Sulphur Springs.

Bobbie was born on July 7, 1926 to Bob and Chapel Wesson.  She married John Thomas “Judd” Wallace, whom preceded her in death. She then married L.D. Holder on May 27, 1950 in Texarkana.  Bobbie was a homemaker and member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son Larry Wallace and wife, Cathy of Saltillo; grandchildren, Carrie Crowson and husband, Larry, Mark Wallace and wife, Michelle, Brandon Massey and wife, Jessica, Amber Essary; great grandchildren, Kaci Crowson, Kirstie Wallace, Kade Crowson, Kendall Wallace, Ava and Bella Massey, Lauren Essary; sisters, Margaret Campbell and Wandean Easley.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents and husbands; step-son, Ronny Holder; brothers, Buddy Wesson and Leland Wesson; sister, Carrie Mae Wiler.

Memorials can be made to Arbala Cemetery or Wesley United Methodist Church.
