Funeral services for Billie Sue Williamson, age 79, of Houston, formerly of Sulphur Springs, will be held at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home, at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 19, 2009. Interment will follow at City Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation.
Billie Sue Williamson passed away at Heartland West in Houston, Monday morning, March 16, 2009. She was born in Palestine, on October 9, 1929, the daughter of Earl and Vera Johnson. She married Garland W. Williamson on August 3, 1957. He preceded her in death in 1971.
Survivors include: daughter, Mickey Ellis; grandchildren, Chrissy and John Ellis; sisters, Jeannie Bourland and Carrie Martin. She was preceded in death by daughter, Sandy and brother Earl (Buddy) Johnson.
